The Journey Begins From Pune

  • 07:30 PM – Pickup from JM Corner, Shivajinagar

  • 08:00 PM – Pickup from Kaspate Wasti, Pimple Nilakh, Pimpri-Chinchwad

  • 08:15 PM – Wakad Bridge, Wakad, Pimpri-Chinchwad (Near Indian Oil Pump)

  • 09:00 – Navale Bridge.

Notes: Participants are requested to check the tentative boarding points mentioned in the Pickup & Transport section before the trip. Final pickup details and reporting instructions will be shared in the WhatsApp group before departure.

Day2

Welcome to Dandeli | Adventure by the Kali River

Karnataka

  • Reach Dandeli in the early morning and check in to the resort.

  • Freshen up and get ready for an exciting watersports experience on the Kali River.

  • Return to the resort and enjoy a delicious lunch.

  • Spend some relaxing time by the pool and unwind.

  • As the evening sets in, enjoy the beautiful sunset followed by DJ music and a Rain Dance night at the resort.

Yana Caves, Gokarna & Beach Exploration | Overnight in Gokarna

  • Begin the morning with breakfast before setting out for Yana.

  • Visit the spectacular Yana Caves and take in their unique natural rock formations.

  • After exploring Yana, continue towards Gokarna and settle into your accommodation by late afternoon.

  • Seek blessings at the famous Mahabaleshwar Temple.

  • Spend the evening discovering Gokarna’s local cafés and relaxing along the scenic Om Beach and Kudle Beach.

  • Wrap up the day with dinner and a comfortable overnight stay in Gokarna.

Rules of the trip

  1. Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited throughout the trip.

  2. Carrying or consuming liquor inside the bus is strictly prohibited.

  3. Travel light and carry only a single rucksack or backpack. Please avoid trolley bags, sling bags, or multiple luggage pieces for your convenience and ease of travel.

  4. Do not litter during the trip or on trekking trails. Participants are responsible for carrying their waste and disposing of it properly.

  5. The decision of the Team Captains will be considered final in situations concerning the safety, discipline, and overall convenience of the group.

  6. The itinerary is subject to change. Wandrcrew reserves the right to alter, amend, or modify the itinerary or tour package before or during the trip due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed of significant changes as early as reasonably possible.

  7. During peak season, additional charges for AC Sleeper/Volvo buses may apply. Any applicable fare difference will be communicated to participants in advance.

  8. Changes & Cancellations: At Wandrcrew , the safety and comfort of our participants are our priority. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, roadblocks, transportation issues, government restrictions, or other unavoidable situations, changes to the itinerary or cancellation of the trip may be necessary. In such cases, participants will be informed at the earliest possible opportunity.

Where does the trip start and end?

The journey kicks off from Pune on Day 1, and we return back to Maharashtra on Day 5. Exact pickup points and timings will be shared directly with the crew before departure!

How fit do I need to be for this trip?

This trip has an easy difficulty rating and is open to anyone aged 5 and above. It is a relaxed mix of coastal chill, temple visits, sightseeing, and adventure suitable for beginners.

What is the group size?

We keep our batches close-knit and fun with a maximum group size of up to 18 travellers. You'll get plenty of good vibes and meet like-minded explorers without it feeling crowded.

What kind of accommodation should I expect?

In Dandeli, you’ll stay in shared commando tents (6–8 sharing) at a resort with a swimming pool, DJ, and rain dance. We also have an overnight stay planned in Gokarna.

Are meals included in the trip?

Selected meals across the itinerary are covered, including all three meals on Day 2 in Dandeli, breakfast on Day 3 in Gokarna, and breakfast plus lunch on Day 4. Other meals can be explored locally at cafes along the way!
