About us
We travel the way we'd want to be hosted.
"The best parts of a journey aren't always on the itinerary. So we build trips that leave room for them."
WANDRCREW is a crew of trek leaders, drivers, home cooks and logistics obsessives from across the Indian mountains. We run treks, road trips, backpacking journeys and local experiences for people who want more from travel — without feeling like they're on a packaged tour.
One rule guides everything we plan: the people who live in a place should lead the journeys through it, host the travellers in it, and earn from it. That's why our groups stay small, our stays are family homes wherever possible, and our itineraries leave room for the unplanned — the market day you didn't know about, the extra cup of butter tea, the road nobody told you about.
We're not a luxury company and we're not hardcore-mountaineers-only. We're for people taking their first trek, friends finally leaving the group chat, and anyone who wants to come back with stories instead of just photos.
How we travel
We don't just take you there.
We take you deeper.
The best parts of a journey aren't always on the itinerary.
They're the chai with a local family. The road you didn't plan to take.
The meal you didn't know existed. The sunrise you almost slept through.
We design journeys that leave room for those moments.
Why travel with us
The things we actually care about
No buzzwords. Just the way we think a journey should feel.
01
Go beyond the itinerary
We look for the places, people and experiences that make a destination feel alive.
02
Small groups
Enough people to share the experience. Small enough to make it personal.
03
Details matter
From the stay and food to the route and logistics, we obsess over the things you shouldn't have to.
04
Local connections
Meet people who know the place because they call it home.
05
Room for the unplanned
The best moments usually aren't on the schedule. We leave space for them.
06
Come back with stories
Because the best souvenirs aren't things you buy.

Meet us on the trail
The best way to understand how we travel is to come along. Pick a journey, pack light, and let the mountains do the rest.
