Rules of the trip
Important Note
The advance amount paid by you is an advance towards the entire tour package, which includes flights, hotels, transfers, and any other services booked as part of your tour. It should not be treated as an advance for any single service alone.
In the event of cancellation arising from unforeseen circumstances — including war, political unrest, or natural calamities — the amount paid will be adjusted towards a future tour date or applied to a subsequent booking. Please note that no monetary refunds shall be issued under such circumstances. However, should you still wish to proceed with a refund, the below cancellation charges shall apply
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited throughout the trip.
Carrying or consuming liquor inside the bus is strictly prohibited.
Travel light and carry only a single rucksack or backpack. Please avoid trolley bags, sling bags, or multiple luggage pieces for your convenience and ease of travel.
Do not litter during the trip or on trekking trails. Participants are responsible for carrying their waste and disposing of it properly.
The decision of the Team Captains will be considered final in situations concerning the safety, discipline, and overall convenience of the group.
The itinerary is subject to change. Wandrcrew reserves the right to alter, amend, or modify the itinerary or tour package before or during the trip due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed of significant changes as early as reasonably possible.
During peak season, additional charges for AC Sleeper/Volvo buses may apply. Any applicable fare difference will be communicated to participants in advance.
Changes & Cancellations: At Wandrcrew , the safety and comfort of our participants are our priority. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, roadblocks, transportation issues, government restrictions, or other unavoidable situations, changes to the itinerary or cancellation of the trip may be necessary. In such cases, participants will be informed at the earliest possible opportunity.

Where does the trip start and how do we travel?
The trip kicks off from Pune! We travel Pune-to-Pune together in a comfortable AC Urbania for all intercity routes and local sightseeing.
What kind of accommodation is provided?
You’ll be staying in selected 3-star or equivalent hotels on a double/twin-sharing basis for all 7 nights.
What meals are included in the package?
Your daily breakfast and dinner are fully covered. You'll only need to pay for your lunches, snacks, tea, and personal drinks along the way.
How fit do I need to be for this trip?
This is an easy-paced coastal trip suitable for anyone aged 5 and above. It's mostly beach walks, temple visits, and sightseeing, so no special fitness prep is required!
What is the group size for this journey?
We keep our crew cozy and close-knit with a maximum group size of 18 travellers.
What all is included in the trip price?
Your package covers 7 nights of 3-star hotel stays, daily breakfast and dinner, AC Urbania transport from Pune to Pune, driver allowances, tolls, parking, entry tickets to listed attractions, and tour coordination.

The trip is priced at INR 33,199 per person. Please note that 5% GST, lunches, special temple pooja/darshan charges, personal expenses, and travel insurance are excluded.
