Coorg Coffee Trails
Slow days in coffee country
The journey
Coorg rewards people who slow down. We stay on a working coffee estate where your morning walk passes through pepper vines and silver oak, learn to cup coffee with the family that grows it, hike to Tadiandamol's grassy summit through shola forest, and sit down to pandi curry and akki roti in a Kodava home. There is rafting on the Barapole when the river runs, elephants at Dubare, and long verandah evenings that are the actual point of the trip.
Fitness required
Easy walking throughout. The Tadiandamol hike is 8km round trip with 600m of climbing — take it at your own pace.

Traveller reviews
"Booked this as a break from burnout and it delivered. Slow mornings on the estate, a cupping session that changed how I drink coffee, and Kodava food I still dream about. Easy, warm, perfectly paced."
