• Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited throughout the trip. • Carrying or consuming liquor inside the bus is strictly prohibited. • Travel light and carry only a single rucksack or backpack. Please avoid trolley bags, sling bags, or multiple luggage pieces for your convenience and ease of travel. • Do not litter during the trip or on trekking trails. Participants are responsible for carrying their waste and disposing of it properly. • The decision of the Team Captains will be considered final in situations concerning the safety, discipline, and overall convenience of the group. • The itinerary is subject to change. Wandrcrew reserves the right to alter, amend, or modify the itinerary or tour package before or during the trip due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed of significant changes as early as reasonably possible. • Changes & Cancellations: At Wandrcrew, the safety and comfort of our participants are our priority. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, roadblocks, transportation issues, government restrictions, or other unavoidable situations, changes to the itinerary or cancellation of the trip may be necessary. In such cases, participants will be informed at the earliest possible opportunity.

• How fit do I need to be for this trip?

  This is an easy-grade road trip with sightseeing, beach visits, and light fort walks. Anyone with basic mobility can comfortably join in.

• What is included in the package and what will I need to pay extra for?

  The trip fee covers round-trip Non-AC Tempo Traveller transport from Pune, 1 night AC hotel stay in Ratnagiri, 4 meals, freshening-up rooms, entry fees, and trip captain support. It does not include 5% GST, water sports, personal expenses, or extra meals.

• Where will we be staying during the tour?

  You will stay for 1 night in an AC hotel in Ratnagiri on a 3 or 4-sharing basis. We also provide basic separate freshening-up rooms for males and females at Kunkeshwar.

• What kind of meals are provided?

  You get 4 meals included: 2 breakfasts and 2 traditional veg thali lunches. Any extra snacks, dinners, or bottled water will be at your own expense.

• Can I join if I am travelling from Mumbai?

  The main road trip starts from Pune in a AC Tempo Traveller. If you're joining from Mumbai, we provide 2S/Sleeper train tickets or bus/cab transfers to connect with the group.

• What is the group size for this road trip?

  We travel in a close-knit crew with a maximum of 18 travellers per batch. Experienced Wandrcrew trip captains will be with you throughout the journey.

• What are the payment terms and extra taxes?

  The base price is ₹6,999 per person. Please note that a 5% GST and a 2.36% convenience fee on UPI or card payments via Razorpay will be added at checkout.

• What should I pack for this coastal getaway?

  Pack comfortable cotton clothes for the coast, flip-flops or sturdy walking shoes for forts, sunscreen, sunglasses, personal toiletries, and your regular medicines. We also carry a basic first aid kit on the trip.
