• Smoking and Alcohol Consumption: Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited throughout the trek. • Bus Timings: Departure and arrival timings may vary depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. • Luggage Guidelines: Please avoid carrying trolley bags or sling bags. Participants are advised to carry only a single backpack or rucksack for convenient travel and trekking. • Keep the Trails Clean: Throwing garbage or litter on the trekking trail is strictly prohibited. • Carry Your Waste: Participants are responsible for carrying their own waste until they reach a designated disposal point. • Team Captain's Decision: In case of any unexpected situation or disagreement during the trek, the decision of the Team Captain/Leader will be considered final and will be taken in the best interest and safety of all participants. • Changes in Itinerary: The itinerary is subject to change at any time. Wandrcrew reserves the right to alter, modify, amend, or change the tour package or itinerary before or during the trip due to weather conditions, traffic, operational requirements, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable efforts will be made to inform participants about any significant changes as early as possible. Important Note – Batch Cancellation If a batch is cancelled by Wandrcrew due to an insufficient number of participants, the participant may choose either: • A full refund of the amount paid, or • Transfer to the next available batch at the same price.

• How fit do I need to be for this trip?

  This is an easy-grade monsoon road trip suitable for beginners and families, with a minimum age requirement of 5 years. You don't need any special trekking fitness to enjoy it!

• What is included in the package?

  Your trip includes Pune-to-Pune non-AC bus transport, travel snacks, 1 breakfast, 1 traditional vegetarian lunch, forest entry charges, and basic first-aid support with the Team Captain.

• What is the group size for this road trip?

  We keep our batches small and close-knit, with a maximum group size of up to 16 travellers.

• What are the meal arrangements on this trip?

  You’ll be provided with refreshments on the way, 1 breakfast, and 1 traditional vegetarian lunch. Dinner, additional journey meals, mineral water, and soft drinks are not included.

• How will we be travelling from Pune to Bhandardara?

  Round-trip travel from Pune is completely sorted! You'll be travelling together with the crew in a Non-AC bus.

• Is hotel accommodation included?

  This is an overnight travel and day exploration road trip lasting 1 day and 1 night, so overnight hotel accommodation is not part of the itinerary.

• What kind of weather should I expect in Bhandardara?

  Expect classic Sahyadri monsoon magic—misty weather, lush green landscapes, and plenty of rain around the waterfalls and lake! Pack good rainwear and waterproof covers for your essentials.

• How much does the trip cost and are there extra charges?

  The trip is priced at ₹1,599 per person, with an additional 5% GST applicable at checkout. Any personal expenses, extra beverages, or optional zipline charges are payable separately.
