• Smoking and Alcohol Consumption: Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited throughout the trek. • Bus Timings: Departure and arrival timings may vary depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. • Luggage Guidelines: Please avoid carrying trolley bags or sling bags. Participants are advised to carry only a single backpack or rucksack for convenient travel and trekking. • Keep the Trails Clean: Throwing garbage or litter on the trekking trail is strictly prohibited. • Carry Your Waste: Participants are responsible for carrying their own waste until they reach a designated disposal point. • Team Captain's Decision: In case of any unexpected situation or disagreement during the trek, the decision of the Team Captain/Leader will be considered final and will be taken in the best interest and safety of all participants. • Changes in Itinerary: The itinerary is subject to change at any time. Wandrcrew reserves the right to alter, modify, amend, or change the tour package or itinerary before or during the trip due to weather conditions, traffic, operational requirements, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable efforts will be made to inform participants about any significant changes as early as possible. Important Note – Batch Cancellation If a batch is cancelled by Wandrcrew due to an insufficient number of participants, the participant may choose either: • A full refund of the amount paid, or • Transfer to the next available batch at the same price.

• How tough is the Kalsubai trek, and what fitness level do I need?

  This is a moderate-level trek starting from Bari village up to 5,400 ft, featuring forest trails, rocky patches, and iconic iron ladders. It's great if you have basic fitness and are ready for an active night and morning climb.

• What is included in the ₹1,699 trip price?

  Your pass covers round-trip non-AC bus transport from Pune, refreshment snacks, veg breakfast, an authentic village lunch, forest permits, and an experienced trek guide with first-aid support. GST and dinner during travel are not included.

• How do we travel to the base village from Pune?

  We travel together from Pune to the base village of Bari in a non-AC bus. Exact pickup spots and timings in Pune will be shared with the group before departure.

• What meals are provided during the trek?

  You will get refreshment snacks on the go, a warm vegetarian breakfast, and an authentic local Maharashtrian veg lunch after descending to Bari village. Dinner during travel and extra bottled beverages are on you.

• What is the group size for this trek?

  To keep the vibe close-knit and manageable on the trail, we cap our groups at a maximum of 16 travellers. You will be accompanied by an experienced trek guide and team captain throughout.

• Is there an age limit to join the Kalsubai Sunrise Trek?

  The minimum age required to join this trek is 12 years. Anyone 12 and above with basic endurance is welcome to sign up!

• Is there any hotel or tent accommodation included?

  This is an overnight travel and sunrise trek experience spanning 1 night and 1 day, so there is no hotel stay involved. You will travel by bus at night and start trekking straight from the base village.

• What payment methods are accepted, and are there extra charges?

  You can check out using UPI (0.99% processing fee) or Credit/Debit Cards (2.3% processing fee) via Razorpay. Note that a 5% GST will also be added at checkout.
